We are looking for a positive, energetic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.

You will be responsible for:

work and collaboration with service and materials providers (courier, office materials, office supply: water, kitchen, cleaning, etc); organization and control of the office maintenance: coordinating the visitors’ flow, informing the office employees, booking of taxi, hotels, restaurants; covering reception duties, like greeting and looking after visitors;​ dealing with incoming and outgoing post; answering and directing phone calls; filing, photocopying, faxing and data entry; setting up meetings and taking minutes during them; support business travel arrangements (Schengen visas, booking flights, hotels, taxi, making the most convenient plans of business trips); translating documents; ordering office supplies.

Requirements:

proficiency in MS Office; intermediate level of English; solid communication skills both written and verbal; customer service orientation; attention to details; proactive approach to work; ability to be calm, courteous and professional in any situation.
