Мы ищем Менеджера по развитию бизнеса, который будет играть ключевую роль в укреплении позиций Яндекс Go в регионах Беларуси. Ваша главная цель - обеспечить стабильный и качественный сервис для наших партнеров-водителей и пассажиров в городах страны, выстраивая долгосрочные и взаимовыгодные отношения.

Какие задачи вас ждут

  • Развитие партнерских отношений: Выстраивание и укрепление долгосрочных отношений с партнерами-водителями, от небольших до крупнейших в регионе.
  • Мониторинг «здоровья» городов: Системный анализ ключевых показателей сервиса в закрепенных городах, выявление точек роста и проблемных зон.
  • Внутренняя коммуникация: Организация взаимодействия со смежными подразделениями компании (маркетинг, поддержка, аналитика) для решения задач партнеров и развития сервиса.
  • Презентация и переговоры: Проведение встреч и переговоров с партнерами для представления возможностей и решения операционных вопросов.
  • Региональные бизнес-поездки: Активные командировки по городам Беларуси для личного контакта с партнерами и анализа локальной ситуации.

Мы ждем, что вы

  • Обладаете уверенными навыками продаж, презентаций и ведения переговоров на всех уровнях, включая ЛПР и госорганы.
  • Имеете базовые аналитические навыки для работы с данными и формирования выводов.
  • Способны выстраивать системную работу и долгосрочные отношения с разными типами партнеров.
  • Обладаете высоким уровнем самоорганизации и умением эффективно планировать свое рабочее время в условиях частых командировок.
  • Уверенно работаете с пакетами офисных приложений (Google Docs/Sheets или MS Office).
  • Имеете опыт проектной работы и выстраивания коммуникаций внутри крупной компании.
  • Готовы лично тестировать наш продукт и давать конструктивную обратную связь для его улучшения.
