Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly understand local gaming market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities, and formulate effective market expansion strategies to increase the game's market share in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
  • Actively seek, identify, and establish connections with potential partners in EECA. Proactively promote our game and reach cooperation intentions.
  • Identify and evaluate local traffic channels in the EECA region. This includes exploring various online digital advertising platforms to drive user acquisition and increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant local authorities in EECA. Keep abreast of government policies and regulations related to the gaming industry, and ensure that our operations are in compliance.
  • Set and strive to achieve business expansion goals in EECA, including the growth of key indicators.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing market promotion plans in EECA to enhance the popularity and reputation of the company's products.

Our Expectations Towards A Qualified Candidate

  • Minimum 5+ years' solid experience in the gaming industry;
  • Proven experience and network with partners and local authorities;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills;
  • Preferably be familiar with the gaming market and MOBA category;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent English and Russian skills.
