Мы — Rapid Developers, no-code/low-code компания, которая работает на европейском и американском рынках. Делаем веб и мобильные приложения разной сложности и тематик. Работаем над множеством интересных проектов, так как цикл разработки короче, чем на коде, проекты быстро меняются.
Наша команда активно растет и сейчас мы стали развивать под нашим крылом - кодовую разработку на JS, поэтому мы ищем человека, который будет готов выстроить отдел кодой разработки с 0.

Обязанности:

  • Построить команду разработки с нуля: формировать состав, нанимать и развивать сотрудников.

  • Определять техноогический стек и архитектурные решения под каждый новый проект.

  • Участвовать в пресейлах и коммуникации с заказчиками на техническом уровне.

  • Обеспечивать безопасность, надёжность и масштабируемость решений.

  • Вести разработку как fullstack-специалист — быть hands-on на старте и в ключевых частях системы.

  • Внедрять современные инструменты, включая AI/ML, для ускорения и автоматизации разработки.

  • Формировать процессы разработки, CI/CD, code review, стандарты качества.

  • Развивать культуру инженерного мышления и обучения внутри команды.

Требования:

  • Опыт в роли Team Lead / Tech Lead / Head of Development от 1 года.

  • Широкий стек технологий: backend (например, , Python, Java, Go и др.) и frontend (React, Angular, Vue или аналогичные), опыт с облаками (AWS / GCP / Azure), базами данных (SQL и NoSQL).

  • Английский на уровне В2 (все наши клиенты англоговорящие).

  • Глубокое понимание принципов построения архитектуры и безопасных решений.

  • Опыт общения с заказчиками и умение презентовать техническое видение.

  • Проактивность и готовность быстро осваивать новые технологии и подходы.

  • Умение вдохновлять команду, обучать и выстраивать эффективные процессы.
