Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Call Center Agent role based in Minsk. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding visa applications, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information about services. The role requires handling high volumes of calls and offering professional and courteous customer support while adhering to company guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English and Russian]
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support tools
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is beneficial

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage time effectively
